A MELTDOWN which took place at the Irish General Election count in Dublin has cost four people their eyesight, fingers and/or vision, but is thankfully only suspected of affecting close to 15 people, in a field near Dublin’s Parnell Place.
After voting had finished, the four people were apparently seen ‘waving their hands in the air’, which is the supposed ‘normal’ act of every Irish voter, yet somehow they appeared to have the eyes of sheep or chickens.
“At first glance, it seems like they’re all voting for Fine Gael, but you’d be silly to believe your eyes, at this point” said one of the four, who was met with derision by his colleagues as they then speculated which other political party they might be supporting.
